The Yeast Monitor 710 range has incorporated the latest developments in radio-frequency impedance that allows a higher specification instrument to be manufactured at a lower cost.

The Yeast Monitor Model 710 is completely contained within a stainless steel IP65 enclosure and is capable of monitoring a wide range of cell concentrations from  yeast slurries to the relatively low cell concentrations found in propagators or krausening operations.

Communication options include separate 4-20mA outputs for live cell concentration and conductivity and options for Profibus and other fieldbus communications to the PLC.
